Marketing Requests Have Moved to Monday.com
We’ve officially transitioned from Zendesk to Monday.com for all Marketing ticket requests. Monday.com is a project management platform that will help streamline our workflow and improve visibility across projects.
To submit a new request, simply visit the Marketing Intranet page. You’ll find quick links to all request forms right at the top of the page.
What’s New?
- Save your request as a draft and finish it later — perfect for when you're gathering details.
- View or edit your submitted requests anytime using the link provided on the confirmation screen.
We recommend bookmarking the Marketing Intranet page so you can easily access the forms whenever needed.
All existing Zendesk tickets have already been migrated into Monday.com, and you’ll receive updates on your projects there. Please note that email notifications from Monday.com may look a bit different than what you’re used to from Zendesk, so keep an eye on your inbox.
